Kyle & Jared
Eltcon is led by founders Kyle and Jared, whose complementary backgrounds shape how the business operates day to day.
Kyle brings a background in construction management, with a strong focus on planning, coordination, and delivery. Jared’s experience as a site supervisor brings a practical, on site perspective grounded in sequencing, workmanship, and buildability. Together, this balance allows Eltcon to operate with both structure and real world site awareness.
This combination has shaped a business that places equal importance on quality construction and the systems that support it. Internal processes, programming, and communication are designed to keep projects moving efficiently, with clear accountability and realistic timeframes.
Kyle and Jared remain closely involved throughout each build, ensuring decisions are made promptly, issues are resolved early, and standards are maintained from start to finish. Clients and consultants value their accessibility, clear direction, and consistency across every stage of the project.
Kyle was honoured to be nominated as the Young Builder
of Year in 2023 by Master Builders Victoria.
