Located in Ivanhoe, this custom home is a single storey, three bedroom, two bathroom home designed to be practical, low maintenance and easy to live in.
The layout includes two separate living areas, giving flexibility day to day. The main kitchen, dining and living space is the heart of the home, with a second living area providing a quieter retreat.
Storage is a key part of the design. Cabinetry is built in across the kitchen, bedrooms and living areas, allowing everything to be organised without adding clutter to the spaces.
Engineered timber flooring running through the home connects the spaces.
Stone benchtops, chrome fixtures and built in cabinetry bring a clean, consistent finish across the kitchen and bathrooms.
Tiles add variation without overcomplicating the spaces, including large format tiles and feature tiles in wet areas.
As a weatherboard home with a period influence, the design focuses on proportion and simplicity. Consistent trims, profiles and joinery are carried throughout.
The result is a custom home that works well, feels consistent from room to room, and is built for everyday living.
