This three-level renovation and extension project in Prahran, Melbourne was the recipient of the 2023 Best Renovation/Addition in the $500,000 – $750,000 category.

The client wanted to completely transform this light three story home into a dark and moody aesthetic as well as extend their footprint and rework some spaces to make their home more practical and suited to their lifestyle.

To do this, we reconfigured the downstairs level and created a new dining room and kitchen on the second storey. We installed beautiful floor to ceiling windows and doors throughout the home to compensate for the darker tones and still allow for natural light to flow in.

The third floor which has the majority of the bedrooms was left largely untouched with the exception of the new study that was installed.
