This award-winning renovation completely transformed an existing three-level home in Prahran. The project involved a full internal reconfiguration, creating larger open-plan living spaces, a new entry foyer, luxury kitchen, updated bedrooms and improved functionality throughout. Externally, the home was given a striking new appearance with a contemporary material palette and carefully considered detailing.

Built Around the Details

Working within the existing structure required careful planning and precise execution. A feature Blackbutt staircase, exposed suspended concrete ceiling, floor-to-ceiling glazing and bespoke joinery became defining elements of the renovation, while every finish was selected to create a cohesive result throughout the home.
