Rubi Hair
Scope of Work
For this project, we transformed a former clothing store into a sleek and functional hairdressing salon. The scope included a comprehensive internal fitout, requiring us to strip the premises down to its core, remove existing flooring and reconfigure the plumbing to accommodate the integration of custom hair basins.
One of the highlights of this project was the installation of a striking curved wall, cleverly designed to house a modern and accessible disabled bathroom on one side.
Tiles were laid on the splashback of the colour bar in a kitkat format, a tile pattern that was extended onto the front desk. In addition, the desk area featured a stylish tight-radius curve wall.
Preserving the historical charm of the building’s facade, which held heritage significance, we simply painted the exterior of the premises a deep midnight black.
