The Directors, Jared and Kyle, have a shared passion for the residential construction industry. In 2018, they founded Eltcon with the dream of not only creating beautiful, unique homes for their clients but also to provide an exceptional client experience.

Kyle has a background in construction management and Jared has a background as a site supervisor. With these complementary skills, they have been able to create a very distinct business that focuses not only on quality construction but also ensures the internal systems and processes support a framework for delivering projects on time and on budget.

Kyle was honoured to be nominated as the Young Builder of Year in 2023 by Master Builders Victoria.

Specialising in the construction of architectural custom built homes, as well as renovations and extensions in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Eltcon work closely with our clients and the architect to ensure each project is brought to physical form exactly as it was intended. We thrive when working with designs that incorporate creative flare and innovative lifestyle elements.

Kyle and Jared bring a “can do ” attitude to every project – sometimes it just takes a little more thought to make client requests possible. We are open and transparent with communications throughout every project, ensuring that the client is kept fully informed along the way. We understand that building a new home is not just a significant financial investment, but an emotional investment also.
