This was one of our more comprehensive renovation and extension projects. We completely reimagined the floor plan to enhance functionality and cater for the needs of the growing family.

Collaborating closely with the clients, we assisted them in navigating selections and finishes. Balancing the husband’s desire to maintain the older home’s charm with the wife’s preference for a more modern touch, we were able to seamlessly integrate the original front with the modern extension through clever design choices. Period architraves on the front facade provide a timeless aesthetic, gradually transitioning to a more modern feel towards the rear.

To amplify the sense of space, tall doors were installed, and bifold doors seamlessly connect the interior to the entertaining area, effectively bringing the outdoors in. Premium Blackbutt decking was chosen for its quality and durability.

Inside, the master bedroom, second bedroom, and bathrooms exude period charm with the use of v-groove panelling. Natural light floods the living area, enhanced by a strategically placed sunbed window. Elegant engineered oak floorboards were used throughout the home.

Character is infused into the design through profile doors, offering a unique touch throughout. The door hardware, finished in sleek black, adds a contemporary and cohesive element to the overall aesthetic.

The bathrooms feature premium Nood Co basins, combining functionality with a touch of luxury.
