Northcote
Scope of Work
This project was a renovation of a Victorian period home with an extension to the rear of the home to cater for the young, growing family.
The scope included the creation of a new living room, dining area, a modern kitchen with a distinctive curved tiled island bench, a practical laundry, and a brand-new bathroom. The kitchen boasts Tasmanian oak finishes and is complemented by a unique spotted gum timber screen, adding a touch of natural warmth.
To allow space for the family to grow, an additional 150 sqm was seamlessly integrated into the extension. A standout feature is the striking spotted gum pergola in the backyard.
Extra storage was incorporated throughout the home. The joinery hardware was finished in nickel, adding a refined touch to the overall design.
We are really happy that we chose Eltcon for our renovation and addition in Northcote. They were really easy to work with from the beginning when quoting and value managing our scope, during the build they were helpful in making difficult decisions and had really clear communication and transparent processes plus they and their trades are all really friendly people who were always welcoming when we had questions or visited the site. Most importantly, the quality of our home is excellent thanks to their skills and dedication.
We love our home and are extremely satisfied with the end result. We highly recommend Eltcon to anyone.
